Very disappointed. I used David Deane real estate for a year to manage my property. Mary Chapman was my manager. Multiple failures in communication, constantly ignoring emails, making oversights, failed to pay rates and regular charges. They shared my confidential information with tenants, and shared confidential information with me related to a tenant at an entirely different property that I did not own. Eventually she disintermediated herself by having trades and tenants contact me directly and CC her in.

An agent who cares about YOU. Mark sold me my first house in Brisbane 10 years ago. He has been in constant contact over the last 10 years so he was the natural choice to sell my unit for me. Exceptional / Professional / Excellent Industry Knowledge! During the sale of our property, we both found Mark to be extremely knowledgeable and professional.
